Will you lead a round?

Yes — about 30% of the time. We're equally comfortable as a first check that catalyzes a round, or as a follower behind a strong lead.
Do you do follow-on?

Yes, when we have conviction and capacity. We hold reserves for follow-on through Series A.
Will you sign an NDA?

No, but we will sign mutual non-disparagement on a deal we pass on.
Can I pitch you again if you pass?

Do you take board seats?

Not at pre-seed. At seed, only when invited and when it's value-additive.
